Start tracking without guilt
anti-diet by design

Track your food. Skip the guilt.

NOMS is a food tracker built around one rule: no shame. It never asks for a goal weight, never judges what you eat, and its safety limits — for underweight, pregnancy and minors — are built into the code, not written in a manifesto.

How anti-diet tracking works

01📸Log without labels

Photo, voice or text. There is no “bad food” category anywhere in NOMS — pizza at midnight is data, not sin.

02📊Weeks, not verdicts

NOMS reads your week as a trend, so one loud Saturday never becomes a daily panic.

03💬Comments, never judgement

One helpful observation in a warm, cheeky voice. No lectures, no red warnings about what you ate.

Frequently asked questions

Will NOMS ever tell me not to eat something?

No. NOMS doesn't know the words “forbidden” or “bad food”. A mistake is data, not sin — that behaviour is built into the product itself.

Why doesn't NOMS ask for my goal weight?

Because chasing a number on a scale invites shame. NOMS works from your goal direction and keeps the focus on consistent, safe habits instead.

What if I'm underweight, pregnant or under 18?

NOMS automatically switches to maintenance calories and never recommends a target below established medical minimums or below your estimated BMR. This protection is enforced in code.

Is NOMS a medical service?

No. NOMS is not a medical service and does not replace a doctor or dietitian. If you have an eating disorder or a chronic condition, please talk to a specialist.

Your next meal is just data. Log it.
